I have been using Acronis True Image home for probably a decade. Restore process from DVD usually takes about 20 minutes tops for a drive. What is very real is that the sim itself (v5) now loads five to ten times faster! There isn't a huge difference from start to the Scenario. BTW, it's internal disk. I just tried version 10, and it's even worse, I can't even load the software using their bootable rescue media CD.
